Russia. The road of regional significance R1 connects the central regions of the Arkhangelsk region in the north-western part of the Vologda region. Road length – 517 kilometers.
The route starts from the intersection with the highway M8 near Brin-Navolok passes through Kholmogorsky area Plesetsk district, Kenozersky National Park, Kargopol district, and ends with a road crossing the A119 near the village Prokshino.
